We offer a fit guarantee to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your tailored shirt. In short, the guarantee means that you will get a new made-to-measure shirt if you are not satisfied with the fit of the first one.

How is my new shirt tailored?

When you place your order, the design and measurements of your custom shirt are automatically sent to our tailors. Tailor Store owns and operates two tailoring facilities in Sri Lanka. Throughout our years of producing our made-to-measure shirts there, we have always provided competitive wages, good working conditions and initiatives to develop our employees.

Our tailors are skilled craftsmen who cut and sew your unique shirt to your exact measurements and wishes. With over a million shirts delivered since 2003, we know from experience that you will be happy with your purchase.

Once your shirt is finished, we do a final quality check to ensure that the measurements you provided are correct. Once the shirt is approved, it is given a final finish on the ironing board before it is packed and shipped. All our shirts are delivered via airmail, and we offset 100% of our carbon footprint by replanting rainforests in Sri Lanka.
