What happened to my measurement profiles?

Look, we get that it’s somewhat of a change and want to make sure we cover all the bases. So, we’ve listed a few questions that might pop up.

How do I order with my “My size”?

Simple, just add a garment to your shopping cart. We’ll slide in a menu and present all your available sizes. Just pick one of them and you are done!

How will I know which size to choose?

Sizes are presented chronologically with the last one used on top. If you rated your fit (we send out an email after every order) we’ll list the rating as well.

How do I edit the dimensions of my size?

"Edit Size" is conveniently available in your shopping cart where you can make small adjustments to your size. Feel free to name your size for future reference.

I’ve gained/lost a lot of weight since my last order, what do I do?

We got you! If you cannot make enough adjustments through "Edit Size", simply create a new size. All you have to do is fill out a few questions and we’ll create a new size for you! And hey! If you’re unsure, feel free to contact our support team they’ll be happy to help.
